If many customers choose tug fenders , transportation is the key. How to choose the transportation method that suits you is a problem that needs to be solved.
(1) Deflated air transportation
Advantages: Due to the function of the intake valve, the inflatable fender can be transported with deflated gas during transportation. In order to reduce the transportation height and avoid the transportation of special vehicles, some gas can be arranged as needed.
Disadvantages: As fenders need to be tied and folded, thicker protective fenders are more likely to cause wrinkles, repeatedly reducing their appearance and shrinkage, and affecting their service life. If the main body of the fender has a tire chain net on the outside, it is easy to fold around the chain. The inner fender needs to be cleaned constantly, and the larger fender may require equipment support.
Choose a smaller expansion hole to ensure the air tightness of the fender, thereby slowing down the expansion, extending the installation time and increasing the installation time.
(2) Full air transportation
Advantages: You can install the inflation before leaving the factory, shortening the installation time on site. No need to fold, the fender is very beautiful. It will take some time for the entire natural gas transportation to the site. You can observe and test the natural gas reserves.
Disadvantages: Excessive fender freight requires special freight, frame transportation.
